HOW IT WORKS
From reel to motif.
Spangle material is supplied as a continuous reel. During production, the machine punches the material into the required shape and places each piece onto transfer paper to build the motif.

Load the reel
The selected spangle reel is installed on the machine for automatic motif production.

Punch the shape
The material is punched according to the installed punch shape, such as round, star, square, or other compatible forms.

Place on transfer paper
Each punched piece is automatically positioned onto transfer paper according to the motif design.

Build the motif
The process repeats to create the complete hotfix spangle motif using the selected colors and shapes.
