HOW IT WORKS
From pre-formed sequins to motif.
Hotfix sequins are supplied on reels in pre-formed shapes. During production, the machine feeds the reel, separates each sequin by cutting between adjacent pieces, and positions it onto transfer paper according to the motif design.

Load the reel
The selected hotfix sequin reel is installed on the compatible motif machine for automatic production.

Feed the pre-formed sequins
The machine advances the reel so each pre-formed sequin is guided into position for the next production step.

Separate each piece
The cutter separates one sequin from the next by cutting between adjacent pre-formed pieces. No shape punching is required during motif production.

Build the motif
The setting mechanism positions each separated sequin onto transfer paper according to the motif design, repeating the process until the complete hotfix motif is formed.
